Insurance Customer Advocate - Commercial Insurance

We're looking for an Insurance Customer Advocate with experience in the insurance industry demonstrating customer support and representing customers’ interests and needs. You will advise customers on insurance products and make suggestions (must be licensed). You will:

  • Communicate naturally with customers via email, chat, and phone
  • Build relationships that benefit the customer and Coterie
  • Actively listen and empathize with customers.
  • Advise customers on insurance products and make suggestions (must be licensed).
  • Manage customer accounts and policy information in Zendesk.
  • Operate with integrity and keep the interest of the customer.
  • Make the insurance process better.

REQUIREMENTS

  • P&C Insurance Agent’s License
  • You have experience in the insurance industry demonstrating customer support and representing customers’ interests and needs.
  • You are a strong communicator and can engage on a personal and authentic level through phone, email, and chat.
  • You can handle multiple tasks and manage time accordingly.
  • You listen empathetically, intently and actively; we want our customers to feel heard and cared for.
  • You ask good questions. We’re looking for people who can gather information in an organic way that is creative and personal.
  • You have a genuine love for people. We expect our customer advocates to care about what they do, the people they work with, and the customers they serve.
  • Humility – We work with people who put others first.
  • Authenticity – We want our customers to interact with people that are real. We don’t use a ton of scripting in our sales and service process. This gives you the freedom to be yourself and connect with the customer.
