What will the Partnership Support Specialist do?
Yes, we’re shaking up the small commercial insurance industry. Waiting weeks for paper and data entry clerks should finally go away. We are moving fast when it comes to delivering insurance products to our partners, customers, and agencies. Your job is to help bring those partnerships to life as we strive for a smooth onboarding and customer experience. You will be helping with our first impressions as we look to make insurance a seamless process.
- As a Partnership Support Specialist (100% Remote) supporting our Growth team, you’ll execute and collaborate on the strategy and tasks set out by our Directors of Digital Partnerships to ensure that our growing partnerships flourish.
- You will work closely with our Operations, Growth, Marketing, Engineering, and Tech Product teams to make sure our partners and agency clients feel like our teams can work at the scale we’re all working so hard to achieve, while still providing a personal and human touch.
- You will help our team meet partnership expectations by providing structure to our onboarding and relationship experience.
- You will need to love dynamic problem-solving, personal relationship building, a taste for innovation, and belief that something can always be done, with an eye on building a profitable business.
Superpowers We Are Looking For!
- Previous sales support roles
- Prior B2B customer service experience
- 2+ years overall customer success management
- Strong project management skills and/or using data to engage partners
- Previous digital or technology experience
Extras That Are Awesome But Not Required!
- Inside Sales Experience
- Previous small commercial and/or insurance experience
- Start Up Experience
- Fluency in a language other than English
What To Expect!
Our hiring process generally consists of 3 phases.
- Phase 1: Qualified candidates will first meet with HR for a phone interview. This discussion is a high-level conversation to understand more about your background and interests and for us to share more about Coterie and the position.
- Phase 2: Selected candidates will then meet our Hiring Manager for the 2nd interview via Teams video. This interview is designed to be more detail oriented and allows you to learn more about the role
- Phase 3: Top candidates will receive an invite for our final interview series via Teams video. This series will include an experimental exercise project (provided in advance), 1:1 interview with selected team members and a culture focused interview. The final series is roughly 2-3 hours in total but can be scheduled over a few days for flexibility.
