We have implemented a hurricane moratorium on new BOP business for the entire state of Hawaii.
This moratorium will impact BOP business only, not GL or PL.
Moratorium means no new business can be bound, nor will we accept any requests to increase limits or lower deductibles on existing business. Other endorsements should be reviewed in these areas and referred to UW with questions. Renewal activity can continue with terms and conditions as expiring.
