Over the past few months, Coterie has received an overwhelming amount of feedback from agents, brokers, and partners about adding full-service restaurants to our appetite. We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve incorporated this feedback and now offer a suite of restaurant coverages for full-service restaurants.
Restaurant coverages offered
Our latest suite of restaurant coverages is designed to complement the full-service and fine dining restaurant class expansions. Some of these new coverages include Liquor Legal Liability, Equipment Breakdown, and Spoilage Coverages. Please note, these coverages are not yet available in Montana.
Coterie offers general liability, professional liability, and business owner’s policy coverages for full-service restaurants. See more detail about those insurance products.
Coterie also provides coverage for food trucks. Find this coverage under Lunch Wagons.
How to quote full-service restaurants
To quote a policy for a full-service restaurant, simply log into the Coterie Dashboard.
On the Instant Qualification Checker, type in what kind of restaurant you’re trying to quote. If it’s a restaurant that serves liquor, be sure to select either Restaurants, full service or Fine dining restaurants, full service. We accept restaurants with alcohol sales that account for up to 50% of total sales.
Then complete your quote. Don’t forget that you can use the Quote Snapshot link to easily share the quote with your client.
We are adding hired / non-owned auto coverages in the next few weeks – keep an eye out for more updates. If you have other feedback or requests, let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
