LIFTED – Tropical Storm Francine Moratorium 09/12/2024 Update

As of 09/13/2024 we have removed the moratorium for Tropical Depression Francine.

Previous alert:

Moratorium remains in place for the following states until further notice:

Mississippi

Louisiana

Alabama

This will impact BOP business only, not GL or PL.  

A moratorium means no new business can be bound, nor will we accept any requests to increase limits or lower deductibles on existing business. Other endorsements should be reviewed in these areas and referred to UW with questions.  Renewal activity can continue with terms and conditions as expiring.
