“Recently I had an emergency that called me out of the office unexpectedly. Still, I had a customer that emailed just before that they wanted to move forward with the Coterie quote I had provided. I made a quick call to the agency principal, who until then had been a little hesitant about the Coterie platform, and assured him that this would be very easy, just log in, look up the customer, and click Bind and Pay. On Monday, when I got back into the office and asked him how he thought the process went, he immediately responded that the process was so satisfying. Simple, quick, and got the insured all they needed with as little frustration as possible. Not what we’re used to from insurance carriers or technology.”
