EPLI protects businesses against claims made by employees, former employees, and job applicants alleging discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and other employment-related violations.
The coverage is ceded through Berkley Management Protection (BMP), a member of Berkley, one of the nation’s premier commercial property casualty insurance providers, whose insurance company members are rated A+ (Superior) by A.M. Best. Berkley Re Turnkey Solutions, a division of Berkley Re, plays a pivotal role in this launch, leveraging its turnkey reinsurance model to bring BMP’s EPLI offering to market — empowering agents and brokers with trusted employment practice solutions.
