LIFTED-New Jersey (NJ) Wildfire Moratorium – 5/12/2025

The wildfire moratorium for OCEAN COUNTY in the state of NEW JERSEY is now lifted.

Moratorium means no new business can be bound, nor will we accept any requests to increase limits or lower deductibles on existing business. Other endorsements should be reviewed in these areas and referred to UW with questions.  Renewal activity can continue with terms and conditions as expiring.
