New Mexico Wildfire Moratorium 11/04/2024

We have implemented a moratorium on new BOP business for the following New Mexico counties, due to wildfire activity and evacuations in the Ruidoso area:

• Lincoln
• Otero  

This will impact BOP business only, not GL or PL.  

Moratorium means no new business can be bound, nor will we accept any requests to increase limits or lower deductibles on existing business. Other endorsements should be reviewed in these areas and referred to UW with questions.  Renewal activity can continue with terms and conditions as expiring.
