LIFTED – North Carolina & South Carolina Moratorium – 7/8/2025

The moratorium in North Carolina and South Carolina due to Tropical Storm Chantal has been lifted. 

A moratorium means no new business can be bound, nor will we accept any requests to increase limits or lower deductibles on existing business. Other endorsements should be reviewed in these areas and referred to UW with questions.  Renewal activity can continue with terms and conditions as expiring.
