California agents and brokers can now provide broader business insurance in California including hired and non-owned auto liability coverage for business owners policies. If a small business has employees occasionally using personal vehicles for business use, this endorsement will provide coverage for the named insured against lawsuits that might arise from that use.
In addition, Coterie Insurance’s suite of restaurant coverages is now open to residents of the state. These are designed to complement the full-service and fine dining restaurant class expansions and include liquor legal liability, spoilage coverages, and equipment breakdown.
