The program seeks to recognize outstanding customer service representatives (CSRs) working in the office of leading insurance agencies and brokerages.

The Top 25 CSR Stars hail from nearly every region across the U.S. and have a wide range of experience. What they do have in common is a dedication to customer service – and a desire to help the end customer no matter what.

While the 2021 Top CSR Stars was the company’s first recognition of top-performing CSRs, the company plans to hold awards every year.
