With half of the current insurance workforce set to retire in the next 15 years according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, it’s more important than ever for insurance agencies to foster a culture that promotes career growth, supports its community, and drives innovation.

Who can enter?

Coterie’s Change Makers Award is open to affiliated Coterie agencies and brokerages. Innovation starts with technology and we want to hear how your tech partnerships are helping you drive success for your agency.

How does it work?

A panel of judges will review the submissions based on the survey topics: community (30%), team culture (30%) and innovation (40%). Winners will be selected based on their answers and materials provided.

What will you win?

The Top 2 “Change Makers” will get a “Champion’s Feast”, which includes a gift card to get lunch from your favorite spot for the team.

The following top 8 winners will be sent “Victory Brew”, coffee and muffins for the team.

BONUS: All the winners above plus 10 honorary mentions will be featured on Coterie’s website, receive a website badge and marketing materials.
